About Timeline

You show up for your clients day after day. The admin shouldn’t get in the way of that.

Independent NDIS support workers deserve one honest, all-inclusive tool. No fragmented services, no feature tiers, no hidden costs.

The problem

The tools were there. They never worked together.

Most software for support workers is split across different apps. Each tool does one or two things well and nothing else. Workers end up paying for multiple services with overlapping features — effectively paying twice for the same thing.

Separate services mean manual work to keep everything in sync, and more room for error. Going without software means even more manual input and the constant worry of getting something wrong.

Tiered pricing makes it worse. Entry plans are often stripped back to the point of being barely useful, and the features that would actually help are locked behind a higher tier. That’s not a pricing strategy — it’s a business model built on withholding.

The vision

Why it’s called Timeline.

Support work is a long-term relationship. Every shift, every note, every invoice is part of how a worker has shown up for a participant — sometimes over years, sometimes for a lifetime.

That’s the idea behind Timeline. The smallest unit a support worker has is the event log — a record of what happened during a shift. Everything else builds from there: shift histories, invoices, compliance records, tax estimates, expense logs. All of it is connected, all of it tells the same story.

The name is deliberate. A timeline isn’t a dashboard or a filing cabinet. It’s a record of a journey — the arc of a participant’s care, and the worker’s dedication to it.

The commitment

Every feature. No conditions.

Timeline’s pricing scales with what you invoice. Free under $500 a month. Never more than $99. Every feature is available at every level — not because it’s a marketing point, but because withholding tools from workers who are starting out doesn’t make sense.

Built and maintained by one person who has done this work. That means slower releases sometimes, but it also means every decision starts from the same question: does this actually help a support worker do their job?
