Does Timeline work with my plan manager?
Yes — invoices are NDIS-compliant with the right line codes, GST treatment, and payment details. Email them straight to Plan Partners, Leap In, MyIntegra, or the participant for self-managed.
Can I bring data from spreadsheets or another app?
Participants and rates: yes, via CSV. Past invoices: not yet. If you need history brought across, get in touch before signing up and we'll help one-off.
Is the BAS lodgement legitimate?
Timeline calculates your BAS from invoices and expenses, then generates a BAS-ready summary you can lodge through MyGov yourself. More complex situations? Your accountant works from the same export.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export everything as PDF or CSV any time. Delete your account and the data goes within 30 days, except where NDIS audit retention applies (typically 7 years).
Beta — should I worry?
Real workers are using it for real shifts; the core loop (plan → run → invoice → track) is stable. Beta means we're still adding things, and your feedback shapes what ships next.
